We  have selected these houses shown above,  because they are really spacious houses, they are very accurately manufactured and represent very good value for money.
They are very easy to build......Full instructions are supplied.......No special tools are required to build these houses.
A craft knife, a bradawl or small twist drill, a small Phillips screwdriver,  PVA glue, a small piece of sandpaper and a roll of parcel tape is all that is required to sucessfully build a house from these kits. 
The fit and finish of these kits is so good that we find the houses can be pre-assembled 'dry' that is without glue.
